Pay What You Can Physio connects people on an NHS physiotherapy waiting list with physios who give their time each month. You pay what you can afford for one assessment and advice appointment.

Who this is for
You can use this service if both of these are true:
- You are on an NHS physiotherapy waiting list.
- You cannot afford private physiotherapy.
We do not ask for proof of income. We trust you to know your own situation.
How it works
Find a clinic near you
Search by postcode and see open appointments on the map.
Send a request
Tell us your name and how to reach you. The physio confirms by email, usually within a couple of days.
Go to your appointment
You get one assessment and advice session. Pay what you can, directly to the physio, on the day.
Are you a physiotherapist?
Offer a few appointments each month to people who are waiting for NHS care. You choose how many and when. Every clinician is checked against the HCPC register before their appointments appear.
